DIANA SARUMOVA
Executive Director

Ms. Diana Sarumova has been assigned as an Executive Director of the European Business Association (EBA) in Armenia since February 2016.

She has more than 15 years of related working experience in SME development and Financial Sector Development. Before joining the EBA she worked at different positions in financial sector and SME development projects.

She has started her career in early 2004 in a banking sector and since 2008 she was combining banking and SME development activities in different roles and positions in the Private banking sector and international organizations.

Starting from 2018 she has been also elected as a vice-chairwoman of the European Business Organizations World Wide Network.

Diana Sarumova has got an MBA degree at the Presidential Academy of Russian Federation, Moscow. She studied Finance and SME lending at the Indian University of Banking Management in Pune.

She studied Principles of Valuation at the University of Michigan and has Masters in Economics degree from the Russian-Armenian State University, Yerevan. She speaks Armenian, Russian and English languages.


 

ARMAN ZAKARYAN
IT manager

Arman Zakaryan has managed different IT projects and created web sites for the Ministry of Education of Armenia, Ministry of Transport and Communications, News Portal.

He also created a web site for the Russian Public TV,  Zenit Football Club and other organizations.

Arman graduated from the Department of Cybernetics at the Post Graduate School at 2001-2013.

LILIT MKRTCHYAN
IT manager and Webmaster

Since 2019 IT Manager of “European Business Association Armenia”

1999-2000 Labarant at “Yerevan State College of Informatics”

Lilit Mkrtchyan has created and supported different websites and mobile applications, such as website of “Helsinki Committee of Armenia” and etc.

Lilit studied in the Department of Cybernetics of The State Engineering University of Armenia and got Master’s degree at 1995-2001.


 

Hermine Fanyan
Business Projects’ Coordinator

Hermine graduated from Armenian State University of Economics, specialized in Finance. She has studied Business Economics at Hasselt University (Belgium) as an exchange student.

Hermine has had an internship at the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia, furthermore she had internships at IAB International Academy of Business and ArmEconom Bank. She has apprenticed Project Management at EPIC International summer school.

Hermine has been involved in many local and international volunteering activities such as 17th Summit of Francophone, Digitec Expo 2018, Apricot Harvest Charity Event, etc. She has participated many trainings related to her profession and workshops as well.

Hermine speaks Armenian, English and Russian languages.


 

Edgar Andreasyan
Lobby & Advocacy Manager

Edgar Andreasyan studied at the Faculty of Law at Yerevan State University, getting a Bachelor’s degree in law, then a Master’s degree.

Since 2014he is studying at YSU Ph. D. study in “law”. In 2012 he went to work at “Grand Lex” LLC as a legal advisor.

Then, from 2013 to 2016 he worked at the Legal Department of Ministry of Finance of the RA, holding positions of expert, first-class specialist, lawyer, and chief specialist.

Since January of 2019, he works at “European Business Association” NGO as Lobby and advocacy manager.


 

TATEVIK GHAZARYAN
Project Assistant

Tatevik has joined EBA Armenia team since September 2019 as a Project Assistant.

She has got a Master’s Degree in Political Science at the Public Administration Academy of the RA and Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations at Yerevan State University.

Also, she was engaged in many non-formal educational projects related to her profession, such as Public Policy summer school organized by IPP.

She has had internships at the Department of External Relations of the Office of the Prime Minister of the RA, Security Council Office, as well as at the Constitutional Court of the RA. 

Tatevik has been involved in various volunteering activities and was a member of AEGEE-Yerevan. Currently, she is volunteering as an analyst at the “Enlight Studies” Public Research Center.

Tatevik speaks Armenian, Russian and English.
