On November 29, European Business Association attended the Public Council under the Minister of Finance held the first extended session on Revenue Policy Improvement at the Ministry of Finance․
The session was held by the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Davit Ananyan who noted that the format and members of the council were elected considering the importance of administration issues discussed within the framework of the council, as well as principles of communication with economic entities.
Among the issues discussed at the Council agenda a number of questions were highlighted: improvement of system for calculating corporate tax of 2016 – 2017, approaches of the system and their compliance to international criteria, expedience of its possible changes before the RA Tax Code entry into force, review of sanctions for violations of tax legislation, separate registration of products for SMEs and other actual issues.
