Diana Sarumova
Executive Director

Ms. Diana Sarumova has been assigned as an Executive Director of the European Business Association (EBA) in Armenia since February 2016. She has more than 15 years of related working experience in SME development and Financial Sector Development. Before joining the EBA she worked at different positions in financial sector and SME development projects. She has started her career in early 2004 in a banking sector and since 2008 she was combining banking and SME development activities in different roles and positions in the Private banking sector and international organizations.

Starting from 2018 she has been also elected as a vice-chairwoman of the European Business Organizations World Wide Network.
Diana Sarumova has got an MBA degree at the Presidential Academy of Russian Federation, Moscow. She studied Finance and SME lending at the Indian University of Banking Management in Pune. She studied Principles of Valuation at the University of Michigan and has Masters in Economics degree from the Russian-Armenian State University, Yerevan. She speaks Armenian, Russian and English languages.


Arman Zakaryan
IT manager

Arman Zakaryan has managed different IT projects and created web sites for the Ministry of Education of Armenia, Ministry of Transport and Communications, News Portal. He also created a web site for the Russian Public TV,  Zenit Football Club and other organizations. Arman graduated from the Department of Cybernetics at the Post Graduate School at 2001-2013.

Garegin Galustov
Business Development Manager

Garegin has joined European Business Association as a Business Development Manager in May 2016. Prior to this, he worked for the “News Armenia” and ARKA agencies.
Garegin graduated from the Russian-Armenian University where he studied Political Science and International Relations. He attended “Economics education” courses by JAA-trained lecturer and had an internship at the Public Relations and Information Center of Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia as the international politics analyst and researcher.
He served in the Armed Forces of Armenia. His working experience covers international relations and internal policies analysis; and journalism.
He speaks Armenian, Russian and English languages.


Stella Mikaelyan
Lobby & Policy Manager

Stella Mikaelyan has joined the European Business Association’s team as a lobby and policy manager in April 2017. Stella graduated from the Yerevan State University and received the Master’s Degree. She also attended postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of the Tufts University.

Starting from the 2006, Stella is the member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. She was a legal consultant at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. Stella worked as a public-private cooperation consultant in the framework of the infrastructure development reforms of the Finance for Economic Development (FED) Project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United Nations’ office in Yerevan, Asian Development Bank, as well as at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Armenia. Stella was working at the Deloitte Consulting company in the framework of the pension reform implementation programme and labor market development programme.


Anna Pepanyan
Administrative Assistant

Anna Pepanyan website photoAnna is currently receiving her bachelor degree in Business (BA in Arts of Business) from the American University of Armenia (AUA).
She is an international exchange alumni of US State Department (Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellowship 2015) and a member of European Youth Parliament (EYP) in Armenia. Anna is also a volunteer and Board Member at Fuller Center for Housing Armenia NGO. She completed a 6-month internship at EBA before starting her work as an administrative assistant.
Being an active youth member she participated in various forums, discussions and international networking events. Anna speaks Armenian, Russian and English languages.
