EBA recent activities and upcoming plans were presented and Board Members elected
On 27th of May EBA Armenia General Assembly took place at EBA Member Hyatt Place Yerevan Hotel.
Honorary President of EBA, Ambassador, Head of European Union Delegation to Armenia H.E. Mr. Piotr Switalski had a welcoming speech, summarizing the impact and importance of EBA in Armenia and its efforts towards the business environment improvement, facilitation of #FDI and nurturing business interaction between EU and Armenian companies. The meeting was attended by EBA current and potential members and partners, RA Government representatives, European Ambassadors and other representatives of the diplomatic community in Armenia. During the meeting former Ambassador of Italy, Mr. Giovanni Ricciulli was presented as the Advisor to EBA Board and had a speech on EBA’s role. EBA Board Chairman, Mr. Levon Israelyan emphasized conducted activities of EBA, mentioning the importance of EBA’s upcoming initiatives and projects. EBA Executive Director Ms. Diana Sarumova presented EBA’s Annual Activities Report and plans. This was followed by the presentation of EBA International expert Mr. Jaroslaw Zarychta, who has been conducting EBA internal capacity building in the scope of EU Project “Support of European Businesses in Armenia”.
EBA Board Member Nominees were presented and Board Members were elected. More news to come.
